3. Take it out and let it cool for a while. Put on gloves and rub it hard, divide it into small pieces of 5 g, cover with plastic wrap and set aside
-Soft skin part-
4. Put 100 g of milk, 30 g of caster sugar, 2 g of yeast, 1 g of baking powder, and 40 g of vegetable oil in the bowl in turn. First mix evenly, pour 200 g of medium gluten flour into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 40 minutes
5. While waiting for fermentation, we divide the taro paste into small balls of 30 g

 

6. Press a nest in the middle of the divided taro paste filling, and wrap it in a divided mochi
7. Divide the relaxed dough into 18-20 g, wrap in the filling, close the mouth and pinch tightly
8. Put it in the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 6 minutes, then take it out and turn it over, and continue to bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 7 minutes
