-Moxa juice making-
1. Take the tender tip of 200 g fresh wormwood, rinse it with clean water and drain it.

2. Boil half a pot of water, add 1 small spoonful of baking soda, stir well, add wormwood, boil it again and blanch it for about 1 minute. After picking up the cold water, wring out the water for later use.


3. Chop the wormwood that has been wring out of water, put it into a wall breaker, add water until the wormwood is covered, and whip it into wormwood mud.

4. Filter out the wormwood juice with gauze for later use.

-Wormwood Ramen Making-
1. 100 g of moxa juice+300 g of water +20 g of caster sugar is suitable for a deep bowl or cup in the microwave oven. Stir evenly. Heat it with 100% microwave fire for 4 minutes and 30 seconds, boil it and take it out. Add 40 g of white jelly while it is hot and stir until there are no particles.

2. Put it back in the microwave oven at 100% fire for 1 minute and boil again. Pour it into a plate while it is hot and let it cool for 30 minutes until it solidifies.

3. After solidification, cut into strips, and the wormwood ramen is ready.


-Assembly-
1. Add coconut fruit and sago to the bottom of the cup, pour coconut milk or boiled milk tea, and then add wormwood ramen.
